Recruitment

We recruit and employ our Eastern-European employees in collaboration with recruitment agencies abroad. We are looking for Eastern-European employees who are willing to be challenged by a job in the Netherlands. The mentality of our employees can be characterized as loyal, hands-on and hard working. We experience that, if employees feel at home at your company, they are very willing to return to the same company.

Our team is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week available in case of any calamity. Other benefits from our service are:

• No expensive application, recruitment or employment procedures.
• No extra costs regarding salary- and personnel administration, health and safety service (arbo), health insurance and other employers’ obligations.
• No liability regarding to payments of taxes and social charges (hiring liability) because of our NEN 4400-1 certification.
